We went to check out this property in Garland, it is very spacious, it is in a quiet corner. We like the layout, location, it is not far away from nearby schools and also convenient to shopping locations.
Things that can be improved:
1) Some painting required – touch ups
2) A visible water leak (minor) in the master bathroom, but it has been repaired, inspection is recommended.
3) Garage needs painting (ceiling and walls)
4) Fences at the backyard is leaning
5) 2 Big trees leaning against the backyard fence which we suggest to remove them.
6) Some landscaping / clean up at the backyard will turn the backyard into a very beautiful place for entertainmen.
