“BACK ON MARKET” This property is located on a very quiet street, near good schools. We went to see this property in a hot summer day. The A/C was working very well as it was very cool inside.

The garage was converted into a very large game room which could be used as a large bedroom or a second living area, but this means there is no carspace.

The biggest issue is the toilet design – it has 2 toilets inside one bathroom – side by side, which is really strange and not practical.

If we can add in another bathroom – which is possible in the game room (the converted area), then this will be a very good home to consider.
