We went in to check out this property recently. This is a move in ready condition, they are located in a good location. There are yellow eggs / unknown materials inside the front door, which we had advised the listing agent already. Some minor cracks in the dining room area, but do not appear to be foundation issue. The materials inside the front door needs to be verified as it maybe termite, if so, termite control is required.
